Peter has over four years of experience as a customer success expert in the SaaS Space. He diligently collaborates with mid-market Fiix CMMS users to achieve their maintenance and business objectives, adopting a customer-first methodology in his interactions and achievements. Prior to his customer success roles, Peter built a robust career of over 10 years in A/V, sound and conferencing equipment management in various organizations across education, hospitality/tourism and technology.
Jeff Potts
Director of Fleet, Pro-Vac
As the Director of Fleet for over two years, Jeff oversees multiple fleet divisions at Pro-Vac, ensuring their smooth operation and managing the acquisition, utilization, and maintenance of vehicles. He also develops and implements program management plans, ensuring each demonstrates expert budgeting, scheduling, risk analysis and compliance with fleet industry’s regulations. Prior to Pro-Vac, Jeff was a Senior Program Manager for Amazon Logistics and Boeing, accumulating over 10 years of experience in roles that enhanced facility effectiveness across operating lines. Today, Jeff plays an active role in acquiring competing fleet organizations around the United States, bringing them under the Pro-Vac banner. This also includes expanding Fiix’s footprint at each new site.
Ron Collins
Inventory/Purchasing Manager, Pro-Vac
Ronald Collins has been the Inventory and Purchasing Guru at Pro-Vac for over three years now. With a background of 10+ years in automotive supply chain management, he brings a wealth of valuable expertise to the inventory needs of Pro-Vac's fleet operations. Holding a bachelor's in Technical Management with a focus on Project Management from Devry University, Ron excels in inventory analysis, payroll management, and more. He’s the reliable force behind Pro-Vac's inventory management, keeping everything in the storerooms stocked so maintenance can run smoothly.
Mark Harris
Maintenance Manager, Pro-Vac
Mark is a Maintenance Manager at Pro-Vac, supporting the Western region’s maintenance operations. Mark has been at Pro-Vac for over 15 years, including eight years as the main mechanic for their extensive fleet, before taking up his current role for the last seven. Prior to Pro-Vac, he worked for 15 years as a heavy equipment mechanic in various organizations. Mark is one of the early adopters of Fiix CMMS at Pro-Vac, implementing and using it since it was introduced six years ago.
