Manager, Solutions Consulting, Fiix by Rockwell Automation

Christa is a Chemical Engineer with some brief process engineering experience in brewing and mining before discovering a 15-year specialization in industrial water management. During this time, Christa provided preventative maintenance programs for steam and cooling water applications as an external contractor/consultant across a variety of industries, from F&B to Healthcare, to Data Centers and Plastics. She now manages our team of solutions consultants who engage with maintenance folks about the easy-to-use technologies that can achieve the sort of reliability that allows them to coach their kids’ baseball teams!

Greg Keller

Product Manager, Fiix by Rockwell Automation

Greg Keller has spent the past five years at Rockwell Automation and currently serves as Product Manager for AI Solutions at Fiix, where he focuses on AI-powered maintenance software and customer-centered product strategy. A 2015 graduate of University of Michigan, Greg enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife Tori, son Rhys, and dog Kane.

Sharon Sinclair

Director, Engineering and Risk Mitigation, North American Beverage Packaging Manufacturer

Sharon has been in the packaging industry for 21 years, working in maintenance, technical services, product development, reliability, and risk. She is currently the Director of Engineering and Risk Mitigation and her company’s North American representative for Plant of the Future, a program to modernize how plants operate using digital tools, automation, and data to better support decisions on the shop floor. She manages eight plants in North America that utilize Fiix with an SAP integration: totaling over 2,300 active users, 3,600 assets, 7,000 active SMs, and 313,000 work orders in 2025 alone. From regionally to globally, she is also heavily involved in PM optimization and standardization, assisting in the set-up of Fiix at the South American and European plants.
